1. Enrollment and Participation

1.1 Eligibility: To enroll, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
1.2 How to Enroll: Submit your details via our enrollment portal. To apply, please complete our application form.
1.3 Location: Programs are offered online and on-site at Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.

2. Payment

2.1 Fees: All program fees are listed on BrainLiftEdu.com.
2.2 Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified at checkout.
2.3 Late Payments: A late fee may apply for overdue payments.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Overview: Our Refund Policy applies to all programs enrolled in 2025. We strive for your satisfaction and offer refunds under specific conditions.

3.2 Eligibility: You may request a full refund within 14 days of program start if you have attended less than 20% of course sessions.
3.3 Partial Refunds: Requests made between days 15 and 30 are eligible for a 50% refund of the tuition fee.
3.4 Exceptions: Digital downloads, bonus materials, and certification fees are non-refundable.
3.5 Process: To request a refund, submit a written request to our support team via email or mail, including your name, program details, and proof of purchase. Business ID CHE-823.764.924 should be referenced in your request.
3.6 Timeline: Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval. A non-refundable administration fee of 10% of the original fee will be deducted.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and software, are the intellectual property of BrainLiftEdu.com. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

BrainLiftEdu.com shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, in force in 2025. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Zurich.
